Americans Outraged After Learning Who Runs the Nashville Hospital Where Multiple Patients Were Paralyzed Allegedly Due to a “Pharmacy Error”

Nationwide anger continues to simmer over a shocking medical error that permanently ruined the lives of several people at a Nashville hospital earlier this week, as the hospital’s CEO is now in the spotlight.

As  reported, Multiple patients went into cardiac arrest after a ‘pharmacy error’ led to a dangerous drug mix-up at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. They were given the wrong medication before surgery.

The four patients were reportedly given potassium instead of an anesthetic. The dangerous mix-up happened at the hospital’s in-house pharmacy.

As CBS notes, too much potassium administered too quickly can stop a person’s heart.
